Handling of user data allows us to
- send prizes to the winner in a case of a giveaway entered willingly. (You are not required to enter any giveaway you do not want to provide your information in)
We will contact you through the e=mail provided when you have won the giveaway. Each of the giveaway on Night Owl Book Cafe does state who is sponsoring the giveaway ahead of time. If a publisher is sponsoring the giveaway, we will share the mailing address of the winner with the publicist sponsoring the giveaway. The winner can refuse to provide mailing address at the time of contact. Once the winners prize arrives, we no longer keep record of the winners mailing address.
We also use the data to respond to any inquires visitors may have, requests, complains, and comments if they choose to leave any.
Visitors of the site may choose to not post any information that they do not want to share. Visitors of Nightowlbookcafe.com can request to have their comments deleted.
